The size of your customised Maaz sign depends on the font you choose. But generally, the height of our large signs is between 14-16 inches and the medium signs are around 11-13 inches. The length of the sign is determined by the number of letters and fonts that you use. For further details, you can refer to our size chart.

Since our Maaz signs are handmade, sometimes there are small marks on the acrylic or glue marks where the PVC tube has been attached to the acrylic. In these rare instances where the marks are evident, they are always minor and invisible when the sign is switched on.

Installation is always done best in a small group! Even though the weight of our high-quality Maaz signs is on the lighter side, we still recommend that you take the help of 1 or 2 people so that it doesn’t fall. Moreover, please ensure that the Maaz sign is mounted securely before plugging and using it.

Our signs come with a slim transparent cable which is required to power the Maaz sign. A few customers have hidden these by hard-wiring the cable into the wall with the help of an electrician.

If your custom Maaz sign sustains damage during transit, Maaz Attack is dedicated to promptly addressing and resolving the issue. It is recommended to thoroughly inspect your Custom Maaz Sign package upon delivery. Any damage should be reported within 24 hours of receiving your Custom Maaz sign to be eligible for a replacement. Following the courier's completion of the investigation into the claim, we will promptly initiate the refund or replacement process.

Maaz Attack offers a two-year warranty for its custom Maaz lights, covering electrical components when used in accordance with appropriate guidelines. It's important to note that Indoor custom Maaz lights are not designed for outdoor use or exposure to moisture, and such usage would void the warranty. The resolution for faulty custom Maaz signs will be determined based on the origin of the fault and will be collaboratively addressed between Custom Maaz Light and the purchaser.

Maaz Attack is not liable for any expenses associated with the installation and/or removal of your custom Maaz light. In the rare event that your sign is believed to have a fault, we may request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and, in some cases, may ask for the sign to be returned for replacement or repair. If you have opted for professional installation and/or hardwiring, Maaz Attack is not responsible for any costs incurred during the uninstallation and/or reinstallation of your custom Maaz light. In situations where an electrician has hardwired the sign, it is within our discretion to determine if the identified fault is covered under our two-year warranty.
