At Complete Art Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality products, including LED name plates, ACP boards, Acrylic boards, and Fancy LED name plates. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return or request a refund. Please review our refund policy below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Custom Products
- Non-Refundable: As the majority of our products are custom-made (e.g., personalized LED name plates or specific sizes of ACP/Acrylic boards), they are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged.
- Custom Design Approvals: Before production, we provide design proofs for your approval. Once approved, no changes can be made, and the sale is considered final.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
We take great care in producing and delivering your orders. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly assist in resolving the issue.
- Notification Period: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product if there are any defects or damages.
- Proof of Damage: We may request clear photos of the product and packaging to process your claim.
- Resolution Options: Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement of the defective/damaged product, or a refund if a replacement is not possible.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- Damaged During Shipping: If the product arrives damaged due to shipping issues, you must report it within 7 days with proof of damage (photos of the damaged item and packaging).
- Manufacturing Defects: If there is a defect in the product caused during production, we will issue a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
4. Non-Eligible for Refunds
- Customer Error: If the product details (such as text, size, color, or design) are provided incorrectly by the customer and match the final product.
- Change of Mind: As custom products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for customers who change their mind after the order is placed.
- Wear and Tear: General wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or neglect will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
5. Order Cancellations
- Cancellation Period: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, production begins, and cancellation is no longer possible.
- Refund for Cancellations: If you cancel your order within the allowed period, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
6. How to Request a Refund

- Processing Time: Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 7-10 business days.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping Costs: In most cases, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
8. Return Shipping (4-5 days)
If a return is necessary for a defective or damaged product:
- Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged products. We will provide you with a return shipping label or refund the cost of return shipping once the product is received.
- Customer's Responsibility: For products that are not defective or damaged, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
9. Exchanges
